A long time ago an inspiring friend, Simone from Australia (hi beautiful), told me about the marshmallow theory. (An instant gratification theory based on some insightful research done with children.)
Over the years, I’ve always joked about being a “marshmallower” when I have retold this theory to friends….. One friend even told me (before I could get to the punchline), that he would hit the guy over the head and take the whole bag… an aggressive marshmallower…?
